Sylvie van Helden (b. Montreal) is a mixed media artist with an MFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art.

van Helden’s works have been exhibited regionally and nationally at venues such as the Huntington Museum of Art, Loyola University, and the Autry Museum of the American West.  van Helden was the recipient of two Maryland State Arts Council Individual Artists Awards and was named a finalist for the Baker Artist Awards in 2017. van Helden lives and works in Wheat Ridge, CO.
